By submitting your information, you agree that SolarQuestAI and our partner EnergyPal may call and text you about solar products and services from up to four installers at the number provided, even if on a "do not call" list, using pre-recorded messages or automated means. Message and data rates may apply. Your consent is not required to make a purchase.

Partner Data Sharing

• Your contact information (name, email, phone number, and related inquiry details) will be shared with our partner EnergyPal, who may connect you with up to four solar installation partners
• These partners may contact you via phone calls (including pre-recorded or autodialed calls), text messages (SMS/MMS), and email regarding solar products and services
• You may receive communications even if your number is listed on any state or federal Do Not Call registry
• We do not guarantee the quality, pricing, or availability of any partner's services
• Any agreements or transactions with partners are solely between you and the partner

Revoking Consent

You may revoke your consent at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or by following the opt-out instructions provided in any communication you receive. Revoking consent will not affect any prior communications.

7. Intellectual Property
